Lidl in a mixed-use project in Paris.

LIDL 13th arrondissement Paris

LIDL 13th arrondissement Paris

In today’s vibrant cities a good local supply is essential. Supermarkets have learned to unlock this potential by acquiring buildings in the city centers and using the ground floor for their stores. However, the quietness of living spaces above is at risk due to the noise and vibrations coming from rolling shopping trolleys and warehouse deliveries for the markets. In the 13th arrondissement of Paris, a LIDL supermarket has been integrated into a multi-residential building.

Thanks to the installation of REGUPOL sound beneath the screed of the ground floor, conflict-free living could be combined with an excellent opportunity for local supply.
