Conversion project Decathlon Rosa Parks Paris

Conversion project Decathlon Rosa Parks Paris

From 2013 onwards, the former warehouse Macdonald at Boulevard Macdonald has been renovated. With its enormous length of 617 meters, it is the longest building in Paris. A team of ten architects participated in the development of the new design of this former industrial building. The goal was to change the use of the building completely and to offer more living quality through a clever combination of apartments, offices and shopping areas.

The global sporting goods retailer Decathlon moved into a part of the giant building complex. With REGUPOL sound 12 the screed of this store has been decoupled to reduce impact sound and rolling noise effectively.
