The Colorado Health Foundation headquarters

A non-profit organization from Denver

The Colorado Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Denver, CO, is dedicated to making Colorado the healthiest state in the nation. Their new downtown Denver headquarters is a stunning three-story, 32,500-square-foot building featuring direct access to outdoor spaces via rooftop decks and gardens. A standout feature of the building is the fitness room on the third floor, designed for staff wellness.

REGUPOL and Regufoam Solutions

Given the fitness room’s location directly above an open office environment on the second floor, controlling low-frequency structure-borne sound and vibration from cardio machines, free weights, and other fitness equipment was a top priority for the architects at Davis Partnership. Drawing on their successful experience with REGUPOL and REGUFOAM products in similar projects, the architects specified REGUPOL vibration 200 as the ideal isolation material for this prestigious headquarters.

REGUPOL vibration 200 delivers exceptional acoustic and structural performance unmatched in the industry. For typical loads associated with 3"–4" normal weight floating concrete slabs, this product achieves a natural frequency of 15–16 Hz at a mere 17 mm thickness, whereas competing materials require 1"–2" thicknesses to achieve similar results. Additionally, REGUPOL vibration 200 can achieve an even lower natural frequency of 9–10 Hz at just 2" thickness, providing unparalleled performance in vibration isolation.

We are deeply grateful to the talented team at Davis Partnership for their trust in REGUPOL and for incorporating our materials into such a thoughtfully designed, beautiful project.
